Leak Detection System

The system detects the leak on polyurethane part of the pipe. Leak may occurred either because of external factors (rain etc.) or inside factors (cleavage, puncture etc.). Working principle of the system: to locating the leak CrNi resistance wire is used and Cu wire is used for line control inside the isolation material. In any leak, a resistance would occur between resistance wire and steel pipe. Leak detection system reports the leakage point as in meters.

With the menu on the machine, ohm value of resistance wire and length of line (in meters) can be entered. Also machine can calculate length of line automatically.

 System can control 2 lines at the same time. Unused line may have cancelled. The system gives alarm in case of leak detection, short circuit, and disconnection of line. The system finds the location of leak with the 1 mt sensitivity.
